Each format states how long the post stays in the channel's top and in the feed before it rotates out.

Creative requirements

Submit your text and media when you book. Adstail checks the creative against the channel's content rules before it goes live.

Cancellation

You can cancel a booking before the channel admin confirms it. Funds stay in escrow until the ad is published.

Escrow-protected payments

Your payment is held in escrow and released to the channel only after the ad is published as agreed.

Refund on no-show

If the placement is not published or doesn't match what was booked, you can request a refund from escrow.

Dispute resolution

Adstail mediates disputes between advertisers and channels and decides how the escrowed funds are settled.
