BTC is pushing back toward the invalidation zone, but the bearish structure is not invalidated yet. A wick above $82.7K alone would not be enough. I’d want to see a convincing close above it and then acceptance/retest. If BTC rejects below $82.7K, the bearish ABC/Y scenario remains valid, keeping $65K → $57.5K → $49.5K area in play.
